Dollywood Parks & Resorts is recruiting part-time, full-time and seasonal staff ahead of its 2026 season. The company says applicants must be at least 14 years old. Available roles span park operations, food and beverage, merchandise, lodging services and Splash Country positions such as lifeguards.
