Dollywood Parks & Resorts is recruiting part-time, full-time and seasonal staff ahead of its 2026 season. The company says applicants must be at least 14 years old. Available roles span park operations, food and beverage, merchandise, lodging services and Splash Country positions such as lifeguards.
New positions tied to Dollywood’s NightFlight Expedition ride also will be available when applications open.

Dollywood will hold in-person hiring events across the region where applicants can meet recruiters, get help with applications and potentially be hired on the spot. Most events run 9 a.m.–3 p.m., except Feb. 7, which runs 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
