Simon Cowell’s newly assembled boy band December 10 have shared their first full performance footage — a live acoustic take on NSYNC’s Bye Bye Bye — filmed at London’s Metropolis Studios. The release follows the band’s appearance on Netflix’s global series Simon Cowell: The Next Act, which documented the search to create a new international boy band.

The seven-piece group — Cruz (19), Danny (17), Hendrick (19), John (17), Josh (17), Nicolas (16) and Sean (19) — officially signed with Island/EMI (Universal) and immediately saw their social profiles grow. Their TikTok rose to around 211k followers and their Instagram climbed to roughly 77k after the Netflix debut.

H2: Star-studded team behind the band

December 10 were formed and developed with support from a roster of heavyweight songwriters and producers. Credits attached to the project include Robert “Raab” Stevenson, Kamille, Poo Bear, Rami Yacoub, Julian Bunetta and Savan Kotecha — names behind hits for Justin Timberlake, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, One Direction and Ariana Grande.

Simon Cowell said of the band: “I’m not sure if this band found me or if it was the other way around, however either way I am so happy the boys have a chance to do what they love. Seven genuine, talented, humble boys who walked in to meet me. I believe in them and I really like them. I wish them all true happiness doing something they love.”

The band are managed by Cassandra Gracey (Gracey&Co.) and championed at Island/EMI by president Louis Bloom and MD Lucy Dann. Bloom praised their chemistry and energy and predicted they would win “masses of fans.” A dedicated marketing, A&R and radio team at Universal Music UK and external partners will handle promotion, visual media and live bookings.
